To maximize recovery, copies of invoices and supporting documents, including all shipping records, are typically required.
Any payments received by your office after placement must be reported to us promptly and are fully commissionable. If a claim is disputed, providing copies of relevant correspondence and details is highly beneficial.
All claims are accepted under our Standard Terms and Conditions of Engagement.
