Once a case is assigned to our office, all payments received—whether through us or directly to
your office--are subject to commission, as we begin work immediately and without upfront

Legal proceedings are available, when necessary, but always:

- Court costs are required upfront and added to the debtor’s judgment
- Attorney suit fees (not exceeding 10%) may apply and are billed separately
- Legal claims may incur a combined fee of up to 35% (legal + collection)
- For large claims, negotiated rates may be available
Claim Withdrawal Policy
Once a claim is placed with us, it cannot be withdrawn unilaterally unless in exceptional
circumstances. Early withdrawal may result in charges for time and expenses incurred.
Please note: Any payment received after claim placement—regardless of the collection
channel—is commissionable.
